Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #451. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Ordinance <br />11451 be adopted as altered. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry.
