-5- SPROUL cont'd ORDINANCE #442 Councilman Domenico stated that he felt Boulder will move in on Louisville and this should be considered with Sproul. Mr. Sproul stated that with all the Council comments he felt it best that Sproul request withdrawal of the annexation petition. A hand written letter requesting withdrawal was given to Attorney Morris by Mr. Steve Sproul. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council accept Mr. Sprouls request for withdrawal of the annexation petition. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she felt the annexation fee which has already been paid should be taken into consideration should they come back for repetition. Attorney Morris stated that on the time limit there is nothing found in the state statute on it and they are gen- erally found under Ordinance and there was nothing in the City Ordinances in regards to this. The acceptance of Mr. Sprouls withdrawal request has voided out Ordinances #442 and #443. ORDINANCE #452 Mr. Morris stated that this Ordinance is in the final statges and want it states is that any work under $200.00 does not require a building fee. He stated that Mr. Stephan, the building inspector felt that any electrical, plumbing, or heating work should require a building permit and inspection. It was brought up about furnaces having to be moved because they were placed in the wrong place in the home but passed inspection. Mrs. Barbara McDonald stated that she had purchased a Wood Bros. home and has had to have the plumbing redone along with other major repairs and she felt the building inspector did not do justifiable work as to inspecting her own home. Mr. Wurl stated that there also could have been the material which was used.
