<br />-5- <br /> <br />SPROUL cont'd <br />ORDINANCE #442 <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he felt <br />Boulder will move in on Louisville and <br />this should be considered with Sproul. <br /> <br />Mr. Sproul stated that with all the <br />Council comments he felt it best that <br />Sproul request withdrawal of the annexation <br />petition. A hand written letter requesting <br />withdrawal was given to Attorney Morris <br />by Mr. Steve Sproul. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />accept Mr. Sprouls request for withdrawal <br />of the annexation petition. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call on <br />motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she felt <br />the annexation fee which has already been <br />paid should be taken into consideration <br />should they come back for repetition. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that on the time <br />limit there is nothing found in the <br />state statute on it and they are gen- <br />erally found under Ordinance and there <br />was nothing in the City Ordinances in <br />regards to this. The acceptance of <br />Mr. Sprouls withdrawal request has <br />voided out Ordinances #442 and #443. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #452 <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that this Ordinance <br />is in the final statges and want it states <br />is that any work under $200.00 does not <br />require a building fee. He stated <br />that Mr. Stephan, the building inspector <br />felt that any electrical, plumbing, or <br />heating work should require a building <br />permit and inspection. <br />It was brought up about furnaces having <br />to be moved because they were placed in <br />the wrong place in the home but passed <br />inspection. Mrs. Barbara McDonald stated <br />that she had purchased a Wood Bros. home <br />and has had to have the plumbing redone <br />along with other major repairs and she <br />felt the building inspector did not do <br />justifiable work as to inspecting her <br />own home. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there also could <br />have been the material which was used. <br />
