<br />COUNCIL COMMENTS cont'd <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that the <br />Committee selected by Mayor Waschak to <br />rewrite the General Policy had made up <br />a rough draft which was to be viewed <br />by Council for remarks. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Hershey thanked Council for <br />letting him tour the facilities of the <br />City with Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Hesson stated that someone should <br />contact the Lions Club about cleaning up <br />the weeds in their yard. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tem Berry asked what the Council <br />would like to do in regards to the letter <br />of June 27, 1974 from CAC regarding work- <br />ing together. Councilwoman Dhieux asked <br />that a work session beheld with CAC and <br />Council to discuss the guidelines. A <br />work session was scheduled for July 23, <br />1974 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Dennis Lundberg reported that LHA is <br />working with the City Engineer to set <br />up a time table on the water line re- <br />placement. <br /> <br />Mr. Lundberg stated that the Board wishes <br />to know if Council is planning to place <br />a member on the Board, because they have <br />citizens who would like to serve. <br /> <br />Mr. Helart asked that Council also <br />consider having a Council member serving <br />on Park & Rec. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl asked what happens <br />to people who "Fail to Appear". It was <br />stated that warrants for arrest are <br />drawn up. Councilwoman Dhieux moved that <br />the Municipal Court report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />HEALTH OFFICER REPORT <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the Health <br />Officers report be accepted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF BILLS <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe questioned a bill from Mr. <br />Robert Davis. Mr. Gans stated that Mr. <br />Davis was elected to serve as executive <br />secretary to the Board for LHA. This <br />bill was for his services to the Board <br />in the amount of $30.00 per month. <br /> <br />3. <br />
