REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 21, 1 974 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present included City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris. Absent City Clerk Santilli and City Treasurer Hesson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES CORRESPONDENCE COUNCIL ITEMS PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION - LOUISVILLE WEST LOUISVILLE WEST ANNEXATION ORDINANCE #442 LOUISVILLE WEST ZONING ORDINANCE #443 VIETNAM VETERAN REQUEST Councilman Berry moved that the minutes of the last meeting be approved as presented. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman Berry moved that the correspondence be accepted and brought up under proper head- ing of business. Seconded by Councilman Di- Carlo. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilwoman Scholl moved that Council ac- cept Planning Commission1s recommendation. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Question called for 2 ayes - 4 no.s. Motion defeated. Read in entirety by Attorney Morris. Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance #442 be accepted and ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Councilwoman Scholl inquired how much money there was left in the Sproul study fund to be certain there was a sufficient amount to pay for the publishing of the ordinance. Administrator Wurl assured her that there was. Roll call vote - Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl no, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. Read in entirety by Attorney Morris. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance #443 be accepted and published. Seconded by Council- woman Dhieux. Roll call vote - DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes, Scholl no, Berry yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. After discussion - Mayor Waschak requested that Administrator Wurl get in touch with Mr. Scott Richards before May 29th inquiring as to route to be taken, etc. On that date Mr. Richards will be reached by telephone and advised if the parade permit will be issued or denied at Council1s discretion.
