REGULAR l"lEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 7, 1974 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present included, City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES CORRESPONDENCE COUNCIL ITEMS LOUISVILLE WEST ANNEXATION GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT LURA APPOINTMENT BOULDER COUNlY yourn: TASK FORCE Councilwoman Scholl asked it be added to the minutes that she reported on the Con- sortium meeting at the last Council meet- ing. Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes after the addition was made. Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper heading. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. Motion carried. Councilman Berry moved that Council table the recommendation until the Council has had a chance to have a work session and go over the matter by themselves. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, Scholl yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. A work session was planned for May 14, at 7:30 P.M. A question was brought up as to the deeds. Attorney Morris stated that the deeds were not in the same title as the petition therefore the deeds would be of meaningless value. Mr. Morris is going to check the matter out. Mayor Waschak asked that this matter be tabled until later. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she felt some of the policies were written more for a state legislative type governing body then a City governing body and this should be considered when discussing and leave it at the City level. Councilman Domenico moved that Mr. Jerry McDonald be appointed to serve on the Board. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. Councilwoman Scholl stated that she did speak with Mr. Cordova who stated that a survey has been taken out at Centaurus, but it has not been tabulated. Mr. Cor- dova suggested that instead of killing the project it should be tabled. Council- woman Scholl moved that the request be tabled for further discussion. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
