<br />FLEMING ADENDUM <br /> <br />RENOVATION OF CITY HALL <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />ORDINANCE #436 <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />The Fire House but the City hoped to get <br />the pipe from the County. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that plans of the City <br />Hall remodeling were passes out earlier <br />in the year. Councilman DelPizzo stated <br />that he felt the Council Chambers should <br />be made larger. He felt that if the Fire <br />House was broken dOvm into offices the <br />Council Chambers would not be bigger then <br />now. It was suggested that Council some- <br />time have a work session on this matter. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accented. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Dhie~x. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that the principle <br />changes of this Ordinance were doing away <br />with the superintendent of the Cemetery <br />and placing the responsibility on the City <br />Administrator, and the change was about <br />the perpetual care of the Cemetery. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />#436 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Dhieux. Mayor Waschak opened the <br />Public Hearing. No one spoke for or <br />against the Ordinance. The hearing was <br />closed. Council was informed that the <br />City has the deeds from the Knights of <br />Pithias, but have not acquired the deeds <br />from the Redmans. Roll call on the motion. <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, Del- <br />Pizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A question was brought up as to the change <br />of ownership of Luigis Restaurant. Mr. <br />Morris stated that if the license was in <br />more than one name there is not a new <br />license required, however Council has <br />the right to check out the new owner. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Attorneys report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that a total of $966.00 <br />was brought in on court fines for April. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the Municipal <br />Court Report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. <br />
