FLEMING ADENDUM RENOVATION OF CITY HALL CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE #436 SECOND READING MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT The Fire House but the City hoped to get the pipe from the County. Mr. Wurl stated that plans of the City Hall remodeling were passes out earlier in the year. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he felt the Council Chambers should be made larger. He felt that if the Fire House was broken dOvm into offices the Council Chambers would not be bigger then now. It was suggested that Council some- time have a work session on this matter. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accented. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhie~x. Motion carried. Mr. Morris stated that the principle changes of this Ordinance were doing away with the superintendent of the Cemetery and placing the responsibility on the City Administrator, and the change was about the perpetual care of the Cemetery. Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance #436 be adopted. Seconded by Council- woman Dhieux. Mayor Waschak opened the Public Hearing. No one spoke for or against the Ordinance. The hearing was closed. Council was informed that the City has the deeds from the Knights of Pithias, but have not acquired the deeds from the Redmans. Roll call on the motion. Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, Del- Pizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. A question was brought up as to the change of ownership of Luigis Restaurant. Mr. Morris stated that if the license was in more than one name there is not a new license required, however Council has the right to check out the new owner. Councilman Berry moved that the City Attorneys report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that a total of $966.00 was brought in on court fines for April. Councilman Berry moved that the Municipal Court Report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo.
