<br />CONSORTIUM REPORT <br /> <br />COlIDCi1'MJIIlaIl Scholl stated that she felt the <br />corrmittee was starting to roove. She stated that <br />the COlIDty P1arming staff was going to bring in <br />rrore ccmm.m.ities carnpr~~ensive plans for review. <br />The meeting will be the second Wednesday in April. <br /> <br />COlIDcilman Danenico moved that Connci1 approve the <br />Twin Light License Change pending the outcome of <br />the FBI and CBI check. Seconded by COlIDcilman <br />Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux. yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />'IWIN LIGHT LICENSE CHANGE <br /> <br />DRCOG REPORT <br /> <br />City Administrator ~.Jur1 stated that the citizen <br />representative to DRCOG was Hr. James Simpson <br />who has not been active in the organization. <br />DRCOG has asked the City to update its list of <br />various boards. Everything has been taken care <br />of except the citizen representative. Mayor Waschak <br />asked that the paper place an article asking <br />for an interested citizen to sul:mit a letter for <br />Council's approval to serve as the citizen repre- <br />sentative for the City. <br /> <br />SEADER LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />Attorney Morris informed COlIDci1 that the application <br />was for a packaged liquor license to be located in <br />the same building as the Seader Floor Covering Shop <br />on t<1ain Street. The license was in proper fonn. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the application be <br />accepted and Council proceed with the public <br />hearing. Seconded by Councilman Danenico. Hayor <br />Waschak opened the public hearing. Attorney for <br />1'1r. Seader called Mrs. Kathryn Ryan to the stands <br />in favor of the applicant. Mayor \-Jaschak swore <br />Mrs. Ryan in. She stated that she did circulate <br />a petition in favor of the license, and that roost <br />everyone was in favor to sign except some who did <br />not drink or had no interest. She stated very few <br />were against it. :t-1r. and Mrs. Seader were also <br />sworn in and stated that they too had circulated <br />a petition in favor of the store, and that they <br />too received favorable remarks. Mr. A1 Neil <br />stated that as President of Louisvi11es Chamber <br />of Comnerce he stated that civic and character <br />wise Mr. Seader was recomnended very highly. No <br />citizen spoke against the issuing of the license. <br />The public hearing was closed. Conncilwornan Scholl <br />asked if there was a future partner if he 'M)u1d <br />have to go through Council for approval. Mr . <br />Morris stated that they would have to go through <br />Council as Connci1 has the right to check their <br />records and character of individuals involved. <br />COlIDcilman DiCarlo asked if all the signers were <br />of legal age. Mr. Seader stated that if there was <br />any question he \\OU1d ask the 'person. Conncilman <br /> <br />.-2- <br />
