CONSORTIUM REPORT COlIDCi1'MJIIlaIl Scholl stated that she felt the corrmittee was starting to roove. She stated that the COlIDty P1arming staff was going to bring in rrore ccmm.m.ities carnpr~~ensive plans for review. The meeting will be the second Wednesday in April. COlIDcilman Danenico moved that Connci1 approve the Twin Light License Change pending the outcome of the FBI and CBI check. Seconded by COlIDcilman Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux. yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. 'IWIN LIGHT LICENSE CHANGE DRCOG REPORT City Administrator ~.Jur1 stated that the citizen representative to DRCOG was Hr. James Simpson who has not been active in the organization. DRCOG has asked the City to update its list of various boards. Everything has been taken care of except the citizen representative. Mayor Waschak asked that the paper place an article asking for an interested citizen to sul:mit a letter for Council's approval to serve as the citizen repre- sentative for the City. SEADER LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Morris informed COlIDci1 that the application was for a packaged liquor license to be located in the same building as the Seader Floor Covering Shop on t<1ain Street. The license was in proper fonn. Councilman Berry moved that the application be accepted and Council proceed with the public hearing. Seconded by Councilman Danenico. Hayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Attorney for 1'1r. Seader called Mrs. Kathryn Ryan to the stands in favor of the applicant. Mayor \-Jaschak swore Mrs. Ryan in. She stated that she did circulate a petition in favor of the license, and that roost everyone was in favor to sign except some who did not drink or had no interest. She stated very few were against it. :t-1r. and Mrs. Seader were also sworn in and stated that they too had circulated a petition in favor of the store, and that they too received favorable remarks. Mr. A1 Neil stated that as President of Louisvi11es Chamber of Comnerce he stated that civic and character wise Mr. Seader was recomnended very highly. No citizen spoke against the issuing of the license. The public hearing was closed. Conncilwornan Scholl asked if there was a future partner if he 'M)u1d have to go through Council for approval. Mr . Morris stated that they would have to go through Council as Connci1 has the right to check their records and character of individuals involved.
