The main factor in this problem is <br />the income to the City. He stated that the only <br />fair and equitable system would be for the City to <br />be totally on water meters. A meeting of the <br />Water and Fiance Comnittees was scheduled for Ha.rch <br />25, at 7:30 P.M. This would be a \\urk session <br />and the public was welcome to listen in only. <br /> <br />Sffi.JER REFUND - OONOV AN <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the se'iver refund of <br />$505.00 be approved for Nr. Donovan who purchased <br />two at the time or construction. Seconded by <br />Council~ Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCar 10 yes.
