Pre- <br />sent Council members were, Domenico, Berry, Scholl~ Dhieux, DelPizzo, <br />and Di Carlo. Others present \,7ere City Administrator \~url, City <br />At-torney 1'10rris, City 'Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF HINUTES <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />C .A. LETTER <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris stated that there <br />v.ms an incorrect statement in the minut:es <br />in regards to the legal vote cast the <br />last Council meeting on Ordinance 11=437, <br />Water Meters. He stated that at the last <br />meeting he would check out the legality <br />of the vote and not that the vote was <br />invalid a s stated in the minutes. 'f\1ayor <br />'~!dschak and Council approved the minutes. <br /> <br />Councihmman Dhieux moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and placed under tlie <br />Droner heading. Seconded-by Councilman <br />Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that guide <br />line should be made in reference to what <br />the committees basic purpose is. <br /> <br />1'1r. Keith Helart presented Hr. August <br />Hioco as the Parks & R~creation Director. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that August <br />Hioco be accented as the Parks & Rec <br />Director. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. .. <br />Mr. Helart then reauested that Hrs. Ricky <br />Pickett replace Mr: Hioco's position on <br />the Board. Mayor Waschak re~uested this <br />be placed in aO ~ormal reauest and also <br />to add several names so that the Council <br />may choose the one they feel would be <br />appronriate: Councihvoman Dhieux stated <br />th.atshe felt that they should only sub- <br />mit one name ner vacancy that they' would <br />like to have on the Board so that the <br />Council would not ~ave to choose between <br />several. Mavor Qaschak asked if it was <br />approved bv Council to go with just one <br />name suggested by the Boards for each <br />vacancy the v had.
