Citv Ai'lministyator Hurl stated that the appropriate Hay to do this \vould be to present the two proposals to the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board of Adjustments, because Council has no real say on the matter. The action requested by the RTD is the designation of appointments to the local Advisory Board. The Mavor and Council members received an outline as to why the Committee was being established and Hayor lvaschak stated that since the Council members had many various meeting to attend already he felt it would be good for the citizens of Louisville to volunteer to serve on the Committee. Mr. Conarroe served on the Committee at the time of establishment and stated that he did not: fully agree with what they wanted to do. Mr. Jerrv HcDonald volunteered to serve on the Committee. Also, Mr. Dennis Malone of 701 (;arfield volunteered to serve on the Committee with Mr. McDonald and Mr.Conarroe. Councilman Berry moved that Mr. Edward Deborski and Mr. Jim OvJens serve on the CAC. Seconded by Councih70man Scholl. Hotion carried. Councilman Domenico was appointed to the Housin~ Authority Committee. Councilman DiCarlo \Vas appointed to DRCOG. Councilman DelPizzo was appointed to the Cemetery COTIrnittee. Mrs. Barbara McDonald wrote a letter to the City in regards to Ordinance #432 on Service"Expansion fees. City Administrator "'furl read the letter written and explained that the reason the additional fee was added was in replacement of the Documentary Fee Ordinance that was recently repealed. -3-
