The Hork session was planned <br />for February 20, 1974 at 7:30 P.H. Mr. <br />(~ans stated that tHO important items <br />to be brought UD in the work session are <br />the propos~d ch~nge in zoning and the <br />variance. Citv Ai'lministyator Hurl stated <br />that the appropriate Hay to do this \vould <br />be to present the two proposals to the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board <br />of Adjustments, because Council has no real <br />say on the matter. <br /> <br />The action requested by the RTD is the <br />designation of appointments to the local <br />Advisory Board. The Mavor and Council <br />members received an outline as to why the <br />Committee was being established and Hayor <br />lvaschak stated that since the Council <br />members had many various meeting to attend <br />already he felt it would be good for the <br />citizens of Louisville to volunteer to <br />serve on the Committee. Mr. Conarroe <br />served on the Committee at the time of <br />establishment and stated that he did not: <br />fully agree with what they wanted to do. <br />Mr. Jerrv HcDonald volunteered to serve <br />on the Committee. Also, Mr. Dennis Malone <br />of 701 (;arfield volunteered to serve on the <br />Committee with Mr. McDonald and Mr.Conarroe. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that Mr. Edward <br />Deborski and Mr. Jim OvJens serve on the <br />CAC. Seconded by Councih70man Scholl. <br />Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico was appointed to the <br />Housin~ Authority Committee. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo \Vas appointed to DRCOG. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo was appointed to the <br />Cemetery COTIrnittee. <br /> <br />Mrs. Barbara McDonald wrote a letter to <br />the City in regards to Ordinance #432 on <br />Service"Expansion fees. City Administrator <br />"'furl read the letter written and explained <br />that the reason the additional fee was <br />added was in replacement of the Documentary <br />Fee Ordinance that was recently repealed. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
