<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1973 <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl then recommended that <br />the Mayor and the Council authorize the sign- <br />ing of this agreement, committing the City of <br />Louisville to half the price of the project in <br />the amount of $1,500.00. The City of Lafayette <br />has approved their half of the project. <br />Mayor Caranci then inquired if Erie and Superior <br />had been left out of the agreement. <br />City Administrator Wurl stated no they v,7ere not <br />in the preliminary plan-would eventually be in <br />eluded. <br />After discussion, Councilman King 1noved that <br />Coumcil enter into agreement for engineering <br />services for a treatment facility site location <br />site location and feasibility study. Seconded <br />by Councilman Debcrski. Roll call vote - Deborski <br />yes, King yes, Jensen yes, IDonovan yes, Scholl <br />yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br />Hayor Caranci then requested the Mayor and council <br />elect be at the Thursday evening Coal Creek meet- <br />ing. <br /> <br />AMERICAN PIPELINE <br />ESTIMATE <br /> <br />After discussion as to approximate completion <br />date and cost, Councilman King moved that pay- <br />ment be made to American Pipeline Construction <br />Co. in the amount of $31,563.43. Seconded by <br />Councilman Donovan. Domenico yes, Scholl yes, <br />Donovan yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Deborski yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />PENNER ESTIMATE <br />SE~JER PLANT <br /> <br />After reading the Penner Estimate to Council, <br />City Administrator Wurl also advised that we <br />had received a Government Grant today in the <br />amount of $53,000.00. . <br />Councilman King moved that Penner Estimate <br />No.7 in the amount of $10,249.00 be naid. <br />Seconded by Councilman Donovan. <br /> <br />FLEHINC ESTH1ATE <br /> <br />City Administrator "JurI advised Council this ,\Tas <br />a rr~tter of approving the bid as the actual pav- <br />ment would come from the Leasinfi, Company. <br />Councilman Donovan moved that the Fleminl! estiJ1~ate <br />in the amount of $11,781.69 be a?~)roved..
