<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 27, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Hayor Caranci at 7:30 P.M. with Council <br />members Deborski, King, Jensen, Donovan, Scholl, and Domenico present. Also <br />present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Treasurer <br />Hesson. Absent - City Clerk BcNulty. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />Councilman Donovan moved that the minutes of <br />the last meeting be accented as presented. <br />Seconded by Councilman King. All in favor. <br />1'1otion carried. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE; <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that correspondence be <br />accepted and brought UD under proper heading of <br />business. Seconded by Councilman-- Jensen. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />LIQUOR LICENSES <br />LUIGI'S <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that the liquor license <br />for Luigi's be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />TfHITE FRONT <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski moved that the liauor license <br />for the White Front be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman Jensen. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />GANDY DANCER <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski moved that the liquor license <br />for the Gandy Dancer be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />OLD LOUISVILLE INN <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski moved that the liquor license <br />for the Old Louisville Inn be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman Jensen. All in favor. Motion <br />earried. <br /> <br />THREE COINS <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski moved that the liquor license <br />transfer from incorporation to private owner for <br />the Three Coins be approved. Seconded by Council- <br />man Jensen. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RATIFY POLICE APPOINT- <br />MENTS <br /> <br />Me.yor Caranci advised Council - patrolmen Nelson <br />and Bratton had served their probation time and <br />requested their appointment be ratified. <br />Councilman King moved that the appointment of <br />Officers Nelson and Bratton be ratified. Seconded <br />bv Councilman Donovan. <br />Councilman Domenico inquired why the Officers were <br />not present so that Council members could meet them <br />as in the past. Then stated they would be present <br />for the Police Commission meeting, November 28, 1973. <br />
