No action taken. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />Application for liquor license for a new retail <br />package liquor store was read by Attorney Morris. <br />The applicants are Lou -Brown of Lakewood and Bob <br />Brown of Lafayette and the new store will be located <br />just south of the former Rolando's building on <br />Hiway L:"2. <br />City Attorney Morris advised that a hearing date <br />could not be set sooner than the second meeting in <br />January because of the posting and other require- <br />ments under State Law. <br />Councilman King moved that the public hearing for <br />the Brown application for liquor license be held <br />January 15, 1974. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing could not be held as the publication <br />dates had not been fulfilled. <br /> <br />Delayed because of publication date. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated this was not ready yet. <br /> <br />Attorney Horris read Ordinance #436 in entirety <br />and stated there would be an additional 14 or 15 <br />pagl2s stating Rules and Regulations governing the <br />cemetery. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Ordinance #436 be <br />published. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. <br />Councilwoman Scholl then inquired if the City crew <br />planned to dig the graves for a fee of $50.00. <br />City AdministratorWur1 advised this would be so, <br />since it was the wish of the Cemetery COlnrnittee. <br /> <br />Page - 4 - <br />
