No action taken. No action taken. No action taken. No action taken. Application for liquor license for a new retail package liquor store was read by Attorney Morris. The applicants are Lou -Brown of Lakewood and Bob Brown of Lafayette and the new store will be located just south of the former Rolando's building on Hiway L:"2. City Attorney Morris advised that a hearing date could not be set sooner than the second meeting in January because of the posting and other require- ments under State Law. Councilman King moved that the public hearing for the Brown application for liquor license be held January 15, 1974. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Public Hearing could not be held as the publication dates had not been fulfilled. Delayed because of publication date. Attorney Morris stated this was not ready yet. Attorney Horris read Ordinance #436 in entirety and stated there would be an additional 14 or 15 pagl2s stating Rules and Regulations governing the cemetery. Councilwoman Scholl moved that Ordinance #436 be published. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Councilwoman Scholl then inquired if the City crew planned to dig the graves for a fee of $50.00.
