Council instructed City Administrator to submit the <br />new quotes for Council's review. <br /> <br />A resolution relating to Revenue Sharing - stating portion <br />of said fund to be used as partial payment for the fire <br />truck. The sum of $16,000 to be taken from I this trust <br />fund. Councilman King moved that Resolution =/FlO Series <br />1973 be passE!d. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. All in <br />favor. IMotion carried. <br />City Administrator Wurl advised Council we must submit <br />to the Federal Government a report of what we intend to do <br />with Federal Revenue Sharing money. Full payment received <br />for 1972 in the amount of $13,612.00 - $5,483.00 trans- <br />ferred to Library Fund <br /> <br />A resolution entitled "Investment of Funds". Council- <br />man King moved that City Treasurer Hesson invest $101,319.43 <br />(Swimming Pool Bond) in certificate of deposit. Seconded <br />by Councilwourran Scholl. Roll call vote - Deborski aye, <br />King aye, Donovan aye, Scholl aye, Domenico aye. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />A resolution entitled "Signature Authorization." Bank <br />requested official names for signing checks and depository, <br />withdrawing monies and entry to safety deposit box. All <br />monies and withdrawals in the name of City of Louisville <br />shall be made by Mayor, City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk <br />and Treasurer. Safety deposit box may be opened by any two <br />of the above named persons. Councilman Deborski moved that <br />Resolution #12, Series 1973 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman King. Roll call vote Deborski aye, King aye. <br />Donovan aye, Scholl aye, Domenico aye. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris advised that Wards could be changed at <br />this time, and then cannot be changed sooner than six years. <br />This must be done ninety (90) days prior to Election Day <br />by ordinance. Councilman King recommended Council~wait <br />until after annexation - to be debated Monday night, May 7th. <br /> <br />A resolution approving Neighborhood Development for financial <br />assistance. Secretary of Housing and ,Urban Renewal to pro- <br />vide fiancial assistance to local public agencies to carry <br />out neighborhood development. Councilman King moved to <br />adopt Resolution #13, Series 1973. Secortded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Roll call vote - Deborski aye, King aye, <br />Donovan aye, Scholl aye, Domenico aye. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chief Munger requested research on police pension fund. <br />Contribute a portion of wages and City match this amount <br />City pay 5% and officers 5%. Retire at age 55, 20 or 25 <br />years service. <br />
