This <br />tax is levied only by Home Rule cities. King present <br />constituted governmept unable .to do anything. <br />Maxwell serious attempt to correct present tax. <br />Attorney Morris recommended to look at other City <br />charters pursue it con$~derable, get other towns <br />opinions .beside Municipal League, get legislatures <br />to' act on it. ,.
