<br />4. <br /> <br />Maxwell recommended that three options be taken out <br />of annexation policy and $50.00 be paid for aMexation <br />feasibility study. <br /> <br />Motion by Deborski seconded by Maxwell to adopt the <br />annexation policy as amended by Deborski. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by <Jensen seconded by .!.lonoY'an to hire City <br />Engineer with salry not to exceed $12,000. per year. <br />Also to phase out Ken Bruns and As "ociates when work <br />is completed on the present projects. All future <br />studies to be made on development be handled by new firm <br />or handled by our engineer, that the engineer shall not <br />be hired until job discription is accepted aDd completed. <br />Funds for this positen to be taken out of 208-3 and <br />General Crafts. <br />City Adm.~nistrator to seek and interview. <br />Max does Council have to go through justifications to <br />citizens every time a man is hired? Motion by Deborski <br />when job discriptions arc determined justifications for <br />the city enginner that an economical justification be <br />made and made public in hiring an engineer. Seconded by <br />Donovan. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Donovan stated he was con~acted by Finleon after review- <br />ing Bo.rd of Adjustment ori~lppe&l. parts of building code <br />and. building inspector. Page 8 penalty for violation ;IF' <br />can be treated as a separate offense. <br /> <br />King stated that the new fence in the out field at the <br />base ball park has two fences, Property owners and field <br />fe~ce,with approximately one foot inbetween.
