Roll call vote, <br />Deborski yes, King yes,JenseD yes, Donovan yes, Maxwell yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />LAND ACQUISITION: <br />Rome asked Paul how we w'erE~ coming with Mayhoffer property (approximately 24.3 <br />acres) for Sewer plant. PSLul stated - to date wer.,m11es apart. Appraisal <br />was $1.,500 to $1,700 an acre. Mrs. Mayhoffer was asking $4,250 an acre - <br />claimed she had residue d8IIlage. Paul said 2 CD's had to be rolled. Paul <br />said to hold off until 'I~hU]'sday or Friday - 'WOuld start condemnation action. <br /> <br />PARKS & RECREATION: <br /> <br />Mqor called in Parks & Re<~ members - each Councilman again expressed their <br />views regarding the bond e1E~ction; mainly bad timing, wrong location, mainten- <br />ance costs too high. Ma~)or::Lty favored pool but not parkS. <br />Motion by Donovan that bond election be held Novellber 21, 1972. Roll call <br />vote _ Deborski. yes, Kinl~ N1o, JensEIl Yes, Donovan Yes, Maxwell Yes, Domenico No. <br />Motion carried. Paul to se'& up bond election. Mayor appointed Donovan, Max- <br />well and Domenico to meet with Keith Helart to work out financing. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #399 <br />An ordinance prohibiting any Liquor or fennented malt liquor licensee from per- <br />mitting any disturbance, UJlJ.awful or disorderly acts or conduct to be committed <br />upon al\Y' licensed premises J providing .'P8l1alty for violation thereof and declar- <br />ing an emergency - read in entirity by Paul. Motion by King, seconded by Max- <br />well Ordinance #399 be published. Motion carried. Public hearing to be held <br />November 8, 1972. <br /> <br />SPROUL HOMES: <br />Three booklets presented f()r review - one given to Planning Commission; one to <br />Water Committee; one to Ma;yor (to be tumed over to City Clerk). <br /> <br />ANNEXATION POLICY: <br />Reco1l1llended bY King - minutes of May 16, 1972 be ammended to read $50.00 per <br />acre for mnexation, 1il lieu of annexation policy as 8118Bded. <br />
