<br />Toney DelPizzo approached council again in regards to land <br />in the Industrial area. <br />Wigton site was discussed, not used for one year would revert <br />back to ~ity. Attorney to initiate necessary papers for quiet <br />title. <br /> <br />Mr. Perrella suggested that City Council pursue the action of <br />taking over the Sanitation District. Mayor Caranci stated <br />council would have a joint meeting with the Sanitation Board <br />in the near future. <br /> <br />A contract with Y MeA was signed for the use of Community <br />hall after having obtained issurance as per councils request <br />in regards to insurance. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> <br />Water to Continental view Estates. City very capable of <br />servicing this project. Forty taps at $600.00 each would <br />amount to $24,000.00 in tap fees, 560.00 per month from <br />water use. Forty ,homes at $14.00 per month. Couaci1 <br />received letter from Sanitation also in favor of serving <br />this project. Both letters to be presented tc Planning <br />Commission for recommendations. After di.scussion it was <br />decided that Planning rec~mmendations be submitted to <br />Council and then sent to ~ommissioners. <br /> <br />Had conference with Intermountain Systems, Thompson Pipe <br />and ~teel and Ken Bruns office. All companies have assured <br />me the pump station will be completed March 1912. To be <br />taken out of the water fund. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br /> <br />Council authorized purchase of Howard and Dry Creek water <br />shares. Cost $124,00.00 over a period of five years. <br />Howard water $10,000. per share and Dry Creek $2,000. per <br />share; Motion by Berry seco rrled by King to purchasewater <br />2 shares of Dry Creek, ($~OOO.OO) and l~ shares of Howard <br />($10,000.00). Rol call vote Perrella Yes, Mudrock yes, <br />Berry yes, King yes Motion carried. <br />Attorney instructeg to fmle protest on warembourg effulent <br />water. Motion by erry seconded by Mudrock to file protest <br />also water rights for City. Motion by Mudrock seconded by K <br />King to accept report. Motion carried <br /> <br />Work session Nov. 22nd. <br />Meeting for new council Nov. 3ot}) <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned <br />
