Keany accepted the amendment; however, he stated that when the amended PUD comes back for landscaping, he will bring it up again. Mayer agreed with Lathrop and Keany. He offered a friendly amendment to amend condition number four to address that on the final PUD. Lathrop accepted the amendment. Davidson asked the applicant if tabling this item for two weeks to allow staff time to correctly incorporate the language of these conditions would be acceptable. 10
