Review the City's Parks Master Plan and its applicability to meet the needs for parks now and in the future. G.: F. IG- Other goals and duties as requested by the Louisville City Council Section 3: Board Composition The Board will consist of five seven members appointed by the Mayor and City Council. Board members shall serve without pay. The City Administrator or his designee shall also serve as an ex officio member Section 4: Intent of Appointments City Council's intent is to make appointments to reflect different geographic areas and view points to develop balance within theBoard encouraging recommendations considering the needs of the entire City. City Council will initially appoint three four members until January 2002 and two. three additional board members will be appointed to serve until January 2001. Upon completion of initial terms of office, all appointments shall be for two years. In the event any Board member ceases to serve or resigns, City Council shall appoint a new member in the same manner the previous member was appointed to serve the remainder of the term.
