ORDINANCE NO. 1251, SERIES 1997 ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE MOBLEY ANNEXATION 2ND READING <br />PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. 2/22/97) <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1251, Series 1997, "An ordinance zoning property annexed <br />to the City of Louisville and known as the Mobley Annexation." <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the property designation would be Agricultural, which the <br />Planning Commission had approved. <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1251. <br />NONE <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br />Mayer moved that Council adopt ordinance No. 1251, Series 1997, on second and final reading, <br />seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. 1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1253, SERIES 1997 AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLES <br />13 AND 15 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING CALCULATION <br />OF RESIDENTIAL WATER TAP FEES AND REQUIRED PLUMBING FACILITIES FOR <br />SMALL RESTAURANTS 2ND READING PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES <br />4/8/97) <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1253, Series 1997, "An ordinance amending certain sections <br />of Titles 13 and 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning calculation of residential water tap <br />fees and required plumbing facilities for small restaurants." <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the first amendment was to Section 13.12.030, Tap Fee <br />For Residential Units, second amendment to Section 12.12.040, Tap Fee -Table B, and the third <br />amendment was to the Uniform Plumbing Appendix Chapter C, Minimum Plumbing Facilities. <br />Davidson called for Council questions, comments, or motions. <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1253, Series 1997, at second reading, seconded <br />by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1254, SERIES 1997 AMENDING TITLE 13 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO CLARIFY THAT WATER AND SEWER PERMITS SHALL BE <br />APPURTENANT TO THE PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE PERMITS ARE ISSUED, AND <br />MAKING OTHER CLARIFYING AMENDMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH 2ND <br />READING PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 3/8/97) <br />6 <br />
