(739 S. 104th St.) and is zoned Commercial <br />Business (CB). At the present time, the lots in the immediate vicinity of the subject property <br />are vacant. Lots 6 and 7 of CTC Filing 2 are located to the west of the property and are <br />zoned Industrial. A Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) was approved on Lots 6 and 7 <br />for an 84,430 square foot flex office building. This building has not been constructed. The <br />property to the north is zoned Industrial and is vacant. The property located across South <br />th <br />104 Street to the east is zoned Agricultural and contains an equestrian business and is <br />primarily used as a single family residential.
