BRaD <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 5, 2009 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />selectors consider the labor available, culture, tax structure, transportation, and <br />education level in a region when selecting areas to locate companies. <br />Secondary are financial incentives, weather, natural areas, and recreational <br />activities that add to the quality of life. In addition, power, energy, and fiber is <br />important, as well as cooperation and regionalism. <br />Two BAPs are being considered for Council approval: A moderately priced <br />Italian restaurant for Main Street, and Intertek, a company considering relocation <br />from Boulder to CTC. <br />The committee discussed the vendor fee.
