The <br />following individuals were present - <br />Members Present: Frost Yarnell, Chair <br /> Hank Dalton, Vice Chair <br />Rob Lathrop, LRC <br />Shelley Angell, Chamber <br />Deb Krueger, DBA <br />Michael Menaker, Alternate for LRC <br />Andrew Freeman, CTC <br /> Chris Pritchard, Planning Commission <br /> Members Absent: Ron Sackett, Councilor <br />Staff Present: Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director <br /> Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br /> Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS NOT ON AGENDA – NONE <br />REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT (RTD) <br />Karen Morales, RTD representative, presented a power-point overview of current <br />progress and future plans of the Northwest Rail (NWR). Changes to Broomfield’s <br />existing park-n-Ride was discussed. When the park-n-Ride moves, Broomfield <br />will utilize and take over the existing site. BRaD discussed designs issues <br />regarding an underground passageway. <br />The NorthWest Rail Corridor will be diesel, 7 stations, with 4 additional stations <br />proposed.
