Cll Basketball Day and Louisville Night at the <br />Buffs <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle arrived at the meeting at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Eva Kosinski, 1301 Jackson Court, Louisville, CO asked for clarification on <br />whether the state mandates the management of lottery funds for specific <br />purposes or could those funds be used for other purposes such as infrastructure. <br />She explained Louisville residents are required to pay for the maintenance of <br />structures funded by lottery funds. Mayor Sisk clarified the state specifically <br />designates how lottery funds can be used.
