<br />lIi"-" <br /> <br />'- .. <br /> <br /> <br />Horticulture & Forestry <br />Advisory Board <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday, January 7,2010 <br />Library Meeting Room <br />951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Board member Theresa Rounds called the meeting to order at <br />7:10 pm. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Kimberly Heestand, Theresa Rounds, Matt <br />Tepe, Ellen Toon <br />Board Members Absent: Mike Frontczak, Vickie Marra <br />Staff Members Present: Chris Lichty, Dean Johnson <br />City Council Member Present: Dave Clabots <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - The agenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes - The minutes from the Dec. 3,2009 meeting <br />were approved as written, with one correction: The date for the City Council <br />study session has been changed to Tuesday, April 27. <br /> <br />Public Comments - No public present. Comments on non-agenda items: <br />Welcome to new board member Kimberly Heestandl <br />HFAB section on website needs to be updated to show current board members <br />and chair. <br />Also, if any board member needs to miss a meeting, please notify the board or at <br />least one board member (or Chris) via email or phone. <br /> <br />Distribution of 2010 Open Government Pamphlet - Board members are <br />required to participate in training session once every two years.
