Palisade Ct. - Case #09-002-VA – Approval of a variance to allow for an addition to the <br />rear of the house. The variance is described as follows: <br />1. Variance from the Cherrywood Subdivision Planned Unit Development rear yard <br />setback requirement to reduce the minimum rear yard setback from 15 feet to 8 feet. <br />Decision: Denied <br />July 15, 2009 <br />888 S. Palisade Ct. - Case #09-007-VA – Approval of a variance to allow for an addition to the <br />rear of the house. The variance is described as follows: <br />1. Variance from the Cherrywood Subdivision Planned Unit Development to reduce the <br />minimum rear yard setback requirement in two separate locations; <br />a. To reduce the rear setback requirement from 15 feet to 9 feet adjacent to the <br />two story covered deck. <br />b. To reduce the rear setback requirement from 15 feet to 11 feet adjacent to the <br />one story covered deck. <br />Decision: Approved request 1 (a) and denied request 1 (b) <br />July 15, 2009 <br />940 Cypress Lane - Case #09-006-VA – Approval of a variance to allow for a deck addition to <br />the rear of the house. The variance is described as follows: <br />1. Variance from the Cherrywood Subdivision II Planned Unit Development rear yard <br />setback requirement to reduce the minimum rear yard setback from 15 feet to 11 <br />feet. <br />Decision: Application withdrawn prior to hearing <br />July 15, 2009 <br /> – <br />1748 Eisenhower Dr. - Case #09-005-VAApproval of two variances to allow for a deck <br />addition to the rear of the house.The variances are described as follows: <br />1. Variance from the RL zone district rear yard setback requirement to reduce the <br />minimum rear yard setback from 25 feet to 21 feet. <br />2. Variance from the RL zone district side yard setback requirement to reduce the <br />minimum side yard setback from 7 feet to 4.5 feet. <br />Decision: Approved <br /> <br />
