Meeting MSS called to order by Mayor Lawrence Carmel. at 7330 p.m. with cilsse Deboraki, King, Jansen, Donovan Scholl, Domenico, Ct Administrator en Wurl, City Attorney Morris, and City Clerk 'McNulty present. City Treasurer Heston absent. Minutes of April 3rd approved as presented. CORR6SPONDSMCE: Councilman King moved to accept correspondence and bring up under proper heading of business. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Ail in favor. Motion carried. CAOPP Lure Board requested the public hearing on two year action program be held up until the first meeting in May (Kay 1, 1973). Councilman Donovan moved that public hearing be set for May 1, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall Chambers. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. uRBA11 RENEWAL Mayor Caranci appointed Councilman Frank Domenico to serve APPOIIPTKOT: on the Urban Renewal Board. Councilman icing moved to ratify appointment of Councilman Frank Domenico to the Urban Re- newal Board to serve out term of Virgil Donovan. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. All in favor. Motion carried. COLORADO MUNI- City Administrator Wurl advised Council of a legislative CIPAL LEAGUE briefing dinner meting to be held Thursday evening, April MEETING 26th at 7:00 p.ar. at the Cosmopolitan Hotel relating to the status of Municipal Legislation. Mayor Caranci requested Councilmen Deborski and Jensen to attend. CITIZENS ADVISORY Bi-laws as presented by Citizens Advisory Cosmitse were commis U approved by the Planning Commission. The Boulder Growth Committee invited Council to attend their meeting to be held, Wednesday, April 25th. Adendumu of comprehensive plan were submitted in part to CAC by Dennis Drum. HIGHLANDER BOYS: After discussion regarding Highlander Boys bond sale, City Attorney Morris was asked to prepare Resolution #9, Series 1973 declaring the month of May as Highlander Boys month in Louisville, Colorado.
