Motion carried. <br /> Attorney M rris stated that passage required majority of those <br /> present. <br /> PARKS 1 =RI- Chairman Keith Helen reported that the Board was not ready <br /> ATIOU to submit draft of an Ordinance for real estate transfer <br /> tax to acquire funds for park development, and would like <br /> to be placed on the agenda for May 1st meeting. <br /> Keith also stated the Board would like approval on bid <br /> package (swimming pool only) Ti o bids will be obtained for <br /> the pool and for the bath house. Keith asked to have a motion <br /> by Council to advertise and have the bid package to be picked <br /> up at City Mall, and by next Council seating another bid pack- <br /> age for the bath house. Proposed location of the Pool vill <br /> require a variance, and 'Ailey will be availabe about August <br /> 1st. <br /> Councilman King moved to approve submission of these plans <br /> based upon the approval of City Engineer, City Administrator <br /> and City Attorney. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Boll <br /> call vote - Deborski no, King yes, Jensen yes. Donovan yes, <br /> Scholl yes, Domeni'o no.
