Re.ula A 411. 1t STREET GRANT Received grant for street development twenty years age. Mr. Wilder would like to know what we are going to do with that plan. Requested that determination be made. After discussion it was decided that the City is no longer rea- ppoannsible for repayment of that grant. councilman Ring moved to authorise Mayor Caranci to ran a letter stating that we are no longer interested in this plan and no longer responsible for -payment of same. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. SEWER PLANT Penner Construction has begun to move in equipment. Dye Construction Co. is working on sewer line. PLANNING COM- Minutes reviewed by Council and accepted as presented. MISSION DRCOG Would like to meet with Mayor and Council May S. 1973 to outline Louisville's responsibility to low income housing. ORDINANCE #407 Title only - amending Chapter 18 of the Louisville Municipal Code entitled "Annexations refefining annexation standards and requirements and repealing all Ordinances and parts of Louisville Municipal Code in conflict therewith." Mayor opened Public Hearing - no objections were voiced. Closed Public Hearing. Councilman King moved Ordinance #407 be adopted. Seconded by Councilmen Donovan. Roll call vote. Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Xing yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes. Domenico yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #415 An Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Louisville Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, Colorado entitled Zoning. Zoning the property annexed to the City of Louisville by Ordinance #414 as petitioned by Lowell Blvd. Corp. Record to reflect that the various areas rare pointed out on the map introduced, read and ordered published this 17th day of April 1ei73. Councilman King moved that Ordinance #415 be adopted and ordered to be published. Public team to be held May 15.1973. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote Deborski no. Ring yes. Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl no. Domenico yes. Motion carried. VOTING WARDS Mayor Caranci requested that boundries of Wards 1. 2 and 3 be changed specifically Ward 2 be expanded to the north and south.
