Re.ula A 411. 1t <br /> STREET GRANT Received grant for street development twenty years age. <br /> Mr. Wilder would like to know what we are going to do with <br /> that plan. Requested that determination be made. After <br /> discussion it was decided that the City is no longer rea- <br /> ppoannsible for repayment of that grant. <br /> councilman Ring moved to authorise Mayor Caranci to ran <br /> a letter stating that we are no longer interested in this <br /> plan and no longer responsible for -payment of same. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> SEWER PLANT Penner Construction has begun to move in equipment. Dye <br /> Construction Co. is working on sewer line. <br /> PLANNING COM- Minutes reviewed by Council and accepted as presented. <br /> MISSION <br /> DRCOG Would like to meet with Mayor and Council May S. 1973 to <br /> outline Louisville's responsibility to low income housing. <br /> ORDINANCE #407 Title only - amending Chapter 18 of the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code entitled "Annexations refefining annexation standards <br /> and requirements and repealing all Ordinances and parts of <br /> Louisville Municipal Code in conflict therewith." <br /> Mayor opened Public Hearing - no objections were voiced. <br /> Closed Public Hearing. Councilman King moved Ordinance <br /> #407 be adopted. Seconded by Councilmen Donovan. Roll <br /> call vote. Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Xing yes, Donovan <br /> yes, Scholl yes. Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE #415 An Ordinance amending Chapter 25 of the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code of the City of Louisville, Colorado entitled Zoning. <br /> Zoning the property annexed to the City of Louisville by <br /> Ordinance #414 as petitioned by Lowell Blvd. Corp. Record <br /> to reflect that the various areas rare pointed out on the <br /> map introduced, read and ordered published this 17th day <br /> of April 1ei73. <br /> Councilman King moved that Ordinance #415 be adopted and <br /> ordered to be published. Public team to be held May 15.1973. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote Deborski no. <br /> Ring yes. Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl no. Domenico yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> VOTING WARDS Mayor Caranci requested that boundries of Wards 1. 2 and 3 <br /> be changed specifically Ward 2 be expanded to the north and <br /> south. Attorney Morris will see if its possible to have <br /> it ready for next meeting. <br /> POLICE CONNIE- Meeting to be bald April 25, 1973 at 7:00 p.m. in Council <br /> SION Chambers. <br />
