Motion carried:. <br /> BOULDER COUNTY MEETING Councilwoman Scholl reported on the Boulder <br /> REPORT County meeting attended by her and Mr. Wurl. <br /> It was agreed that the Mayor and Council <br /> would meet February 11, 1974 to discuss <br /> the material relating to this matter. <br /> COUNCIL C)*mXNTS Councilman Berry informed Council that <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS himself and Councilwoman Dhieux attended <br /> the Meeting of the Municipal League. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo brought up the heating <br /> of the new homes now being built. H. <br /> felt that the code was not specific enough. <br /> City Attorney Morris stated that if a <br /> home is insulated enough you can pro- <br /> vide enough heat to meet the codes specifi- <br /> cation. <br /> Councilman Domenico asked if anything was <br /> done in regards to Mr. Hawkins water lines <br /> freezing due to the grading of the street. <br /> Mr. Wurl said that the City Engineer and <br /> Mr. McNulty had been up to the site and , <br /> were in the process of correcting the prob- <br /> lem. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that the Council <br /> comments be accepted. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Berry. Motion carried. <br /> AUDIENCE CO!M ENTS Mrs. Barbara McDonald representing a group <br /> of Louisville citizens with water meters <br /> informed Council that they felt they were <br /> being discriminated against.
