Councilman DelPizzo said that he <br /> knew this was goir"g to be brought up at the <br /> meeting and asked that an average be made <br /> as to the amount of money difference for <br /> a flat rate compared to a meter. Mr. <br /> Edward Deborski stated that at the time he <br /> was on Council a study was made in regards <br /> to this and the study was on filo. Mayor <br /> Waschak stated that the new Council would <br /> study the situation and also the old survey <br /> and try to come up with some sort of <br /> solution. Councilman Domenico moved that <br /> Council study the water situation. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> Councilwoman Dhieux recommended that an <br /> invitation be sent to the old Council <br /> members when the work session is held.The <br /> work session is planned for February 26, <br /> 1974 at 7: 30 P.M. <br /> VARIANCE BnARD Mr. Bob Ross requested 25 self stamped <br /> envelopes for correspondence to people on <br /> the variance. Councilman Berry moved <br /> that Mr. Ross be given the envelopes. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br /> carried. Mr. Ross also informed Council <br /> that there was going to be a hearing with <br /> Armstrong Homestead on February 22, at <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> TAP FEES Mr. Wurl informed Council that he had <br /> planned to recommend the possibility of <br /> tap increases, but since Council had not <br /> • had a chance to discuss the matter at <br /> a water study meeting he asked that the <br /> matter be tabled. He felt that there <br /> will need to be an increase in tap fees <br /> when Coal. Creek is a reality. The City <br /> received a telephone call from the Colo- <br /> rado Water Conservation which had a <br /> meeting in which they choose ten projects <br /> in the state and Coal Creek received top <br /> priorty. <br /> FILING SYSTEM Councilman DiCarlo moved that the new <br /> filing system be accepted. Seconded by <br /> Councilwoman Dhieux. Councilwoman Scholl <br /> asked what the cost would be. Mr. Wurl <br /> stated that it would be approximately <br /> $1,156.00. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />
