Seeder were also <br /> sworn in and stated that they too had circulated <br /> a petition in favor of the store, and that they <br /> too received favorable remarks. Mt. Mr. <br /> Morris stated that they would have to go through <br /> Council as Council has the right to check their <br /> records and character of individuals involved. - <br /> Counciliman DiCarlo asked if all the signers were <br /> of legal age.
