41, COUNCIL COIMPOUNTS 6 Councilman DiCarlo questioned a.att k COMMITTEE DEPORTS coned in the Paris & Rec minutes regarding free • - season passes to all non-paid City employees. It was suggested that • memo should be sent to Mr. Helaart for clarification. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that there was a finance committee meeting, and she felt that there was much accomplished at that time. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Committee Reports be accepted. Seconded by Council- man Berry. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COM ENTS LHA REQUEST Mr. William Gans reported for ILA. He stated that Resolutions needed to be passed so LHA may exist under HUD regulations. Resolution #12, providing for the appoint- ment of commissioners to the Rousing Authority of the City of Louisville was read. Councilman Berry moved that Resol- ution #12 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Attorney Morris read Resolution #13 re- garding appointments to the Board. Coun- cilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution #13 be adopted. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes , Dhieux yes. DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. LURA REPORTS Dennis Lundberg stated that the City staff has been working on the Re-certification application for the Workable Program. Mr. Bob Davis gave a brief review of the app- lication What was needed was an approval from Council for a City official to be approved to sign the Re-certification application for LURA. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council authorize Mr. Wurl to sign the application. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes , Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yea, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. There are three vacancies in LURA. The vacancies will be published through the Louisville Times. -3-
