Councilman <br /> DiCarlo moved that Council approve the City <br /> Attorneys request stating that the City <br /> proceed with the finalization of the May- <br /> hoffer property in the amount of $64,530.00 <br /> and authorize the check for the difference. <br /> Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. At this time the <br /> deed will be turned over to the City. <br /> ORDINANCE #450 Attorney Morris read Ordinance #430 in regards <br /> to Street Name Changes. Motion carried, <br /> RIDER LETTERS Attorney Morris stated that the letter which <br /> PLUMLY ar COATES was received indicates that a law suit could <br /> lpossibility be filed. He stated that the <br /> etter was turned over to the insurance <br /> company and there should be no further steps <br /> taken. He stated that with Councils approval <br /> he will write a letter to the Attorney stating <br /> that the matter has been turned over to the <br /> Citys insurance. <br /> ADJOURNMENT.
