•ice • � Jw. <br /> ? r <br /> CITY ATTORNEY mop cont'd <br /> ORDINANCE d442 Mr. Nurl read the letter from Sprott, Inc. askl.g • <br /> LOUISVILLE NEST ANNEXATION for the annexation to be tabled for one year. <br /> 2nd HIEADIIH4 Councilmen De1Piuo raved that Council accept <br /> Sprouts letter requesting the tabling of the <br /> annexation for 12 months as of August 20, 1974.. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Oomenico. <br /> Attorney Norris stated that the matter brings <br /> up some serious questions and he tad that <br /> the Public Nearing be tabled until <br /> 3, 1974 at which time he could review the matter <br /> and have some answers for Council. <br /> Mrs. fortis brought up some statements which she <br /> I. t <br /> had checked out the *naicipal Annexation Act. <br /> in regards to the matter. <br /> After discussion the motion was withdrawn. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo than moved that the Public <br /> Hearing be continued through September 3, 1974 meeting <br /> at which time Attorney Morris can instruct the <br /> Comcil as to which way they should beadle <br /> Ordinances 0442 sad 0443. Seconded by Councilmen <br /> Domenico. Noll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes. <br /> Scholl ,yes. Dhleux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br /> yes. Motion carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Meyer Pro-tam Berry adjourned the meeting at <br /> 9:50 P.M. <br />
