- . - e. • . .. • .4_ • i�.. • INDUSTRIAL LAND Mr. Hurl informed Council that a letter was sent from Nuclei in regards to the purchasing of a parcel of land in the • industrial park. Councilman Domenico moved that Council instruct Mr. 1101 to to contact Nuclei and get information on their intentions for the use of the land. The motion died for lack of second. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrator be instructed to print an add for interested businesses, pertaining to the purchase of a triangular lot of land, to be present at a special meeting to discuss their intentions. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl . Roll call . Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE #445 Councilmen Schott moved that Ordinance #445 WATER METER 2nd READING be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. lkider Public Hearing Mr. Richard Hershey asked about the possibility of hardship cases. Mr. Morris stated that he could not assure Mr. Hershey what the future Councils would consider a hardship case. Mrs. Forbis stated that she was not for water meters, however she was against Her neighbor having a meter and her not. She stated that she was against meters unless everyone in the City was on them. ORDINANCE #451 1st READING 1ST MUNICIPAL LEASING Attorney Morris read the Ordinance pertaining to a lease agreement on the City vehicles under 1st reacHng. Councilwomen Dhieux moved that Ordinance 'pun be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes , Scholl no, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. • MAYHOFFER SUIT Attorney Morris stated that nothing has really be decided on with the Mayhotfer Suit and he will have some type of in- formation at the next meeting.
