Councilman Domenico <br /> moved that Council instruct Mr. 1101 to <br /> to contact Nuclei and get information on <br /> their intentions for the use of the land. <br /> The motion died for lack of second. <br /> After discussion Councilman DiCarlo <br /> moved that the City Administrator be <br /> instructed to print an add for interested <br /> businesses, pertaining to the purchase of <br /> a triangular lot of land, to be present <br /> at a special meeting to discuss their <br /> intentions. Seconded by Councilwoman <br /> Scholl . Roll call . Domenico yes, Berry <br /> yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br /> DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> ORDINANCE #445 Councilmen Schott moved that Ordinance #445 <br /> WATER METER 2nd READING be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br /> lkider Public Hearing Mr. Richard Hershey asked <br /> about the possibility of hardship cases. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that he could not <br /> assure Mr. Hershey what the future Councils <br /> would consider a hardship case. <br /> Mrs. Forbis stated that she was not for <br /> water meters, however she was against <br /> Her neighbor having a meter and her not. <br /> She stated that she was against meters <br /> unless everyone in the City was on them. <br /> Roll call on motion after closing of <br /> hearing. Domenico no, Berry yes, Scholl <br /> yes, Ohieux yes, r)elPizzo no, DiCarlo yes. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE #451 1st READING <br /> 1ST MUNICIPAL LEASING Attorney Morris read the Ordinance pertaining <br /> to a lease agreement on the City vehicles under <br /> 1st reacHng. Councilwomen Dhieux moved that <br /> Ordinance 'pun be ordered published. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call on motion. <br /> Domenico yes, Berry yes , Scholl no, Dhieux <br /> yes, DiCarlo no, DelPizzo yes. Motion <br /> carried. • <br /> MAYHOFFER SUIT Attorney Morris stated that nothing has <br /> really be decided on with the Mayhotfer <br /> Suit and he will have some type of in- <br /> formation at the next meeting. <br />
