Domenico. 3erry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCar]O City Attorney Morris, City Administrator Wurl, City Engineer i s. Treasurer Nesson, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEFTAVCE OF MINUTES Councilwoman Dhieux asked that a correc- tion be made in the minutes from asking special attention be made to the Parks & Rec. minutes corrected that special atten- tion be made to the Planning Commission minutes . After the correction Mayor and Council approved the minutes. CO??.ESPONIENCE Councilman Domenico moved that the corres- pondence be accepted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Motion carried. ITE_Y.S s F INDUS 7:ES Mr. Alex Domenico was not present at the meeting to discuss the issue. Mayor Waachak stated that he tried to get Mr. Domenico by phone and he could not reach him, however he will inform Mr. Domenico in regards to the report from Dr. Moates. - ?ARK & REC APPOINTMENT Mr. Helart stated that the Boards request was to have Mrs. Sheila Ryan appointed. Councilwoman Scholl moved that Sheila Ryan be appointed to the Board. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. PARK & REC JANITOR A memo requesting Randy Carnival be appointed to the job. Councilwoman Scholl moved that Randy Carnival be appointed to the job. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman DelPizzo stated that Mrs. Garrett telephoned him in regards to the alley way ncar her home. ALLEY WAY' & ADDRESS CHANGE He also stated that a question was brought up by Mrs. Garrett in regards to her address change. Mr. Wurl is to call Mrs. Garrett and discuss the matter. TAVERNS vs MINORS Councilman Berry brought up the matter at , to minors in bars who are not drinking. He stated that he felt the Ordinance in this matter was unreasonable as because as stated it would be that minors could
