-6- MAIL DOM cont'd Councilman Ds1Pizzo moved that the City Attorney be authorized to writs a letter - : • to the State Senators, Congressman, Postmaster General, Regional Postmaster, and City Postmistress stating the ob- lection of curb delivery. Seconded by councilwoman Scholl. After comments in reference to having the City Attorney write the letter, Councilwoman Schol withdrew her second and the motion died. Councilman Berry then moved that the City Administrator be authorized to write the letter to the people stated in Coun- cilman DelPizzos motion stating the ob- jection to curb delivery. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS LIQUOR LICENSE'S Mr. Conarroe stated his concern to Coun- cil how they so quickly pass renewals for liquor licenses. It was suggested that a report from the Police be filed with each application and reviewed be- fore renewal of any more licenses are issued. Mr. Wurl stated that one matter which should be understood by the tavern owners is that if the bar does call the police do to a disturbance it will not be held against the, but give the City better knowledge as to the character of the establishment. CI:Y ADM ST .'CR5 REPORT FERRERA LAND Mr. Wurl informed Mr. Ferrera and his attorney that the matter is more detailed then expected and it is being surveyed. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE Mt. Wurl informed Council there will be a meeting November 26, 1975 at 7 :30 P.M. to discuss the franchise with Public Service. COAL MEE BY-LAWS Mr. Wurl informed Council that Mir.Vrenesh will meet with them to discuss their oolawoaats. He will be requested to meet with Council at 5145 P.M. on December 10, 1974 before the regular Coal Creek meeting. L.U.R.A. COMMUNITY Mr. Wurl stated that he met with Longmont DEVELOPMENT and got a rough draft of their resolution A meeting was set up to discuss the matter on Friday, November 22, 1974.
