• • -2- GRANT APPLICATION Mr. Wurl asked for Councils okay to send the EPA grant applicaticn in. Councilman Berry moved that the City Administrator be authorised to send in the grant for the amount of $187,500 for sewer. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes. Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. A95 GRANT APPLICATION Councilman Berry moved that the A95 sewer grant application be sent to DRCOG for review. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL CO HUTS & REPORTS POLICE COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Mayor Waschak read the letter of RESIGNATION resignation from Councilman Domenico as the Police Commission chairman. Councilman Berry moved to accept the resignation. There was no second. After discussion on the matter, Coun- cilman DiCarlo moved that the matter be tabled until Councilman Domenico has had time to seriously conaidar the resignation. POLICE CAR REPLACEMENT Councilman DiCarlo what the status was on the damaged police car. Mr. Wurl stated that there has been no settlement on the matter yet. Councilman DiCarlo stated that he wanted to go on record stating that if the car is not replaced the lights and siren should go on the police van and it should be used as a police vehicle. Mayor Waschak informed Council and • the audience that there was no longer a Code Enforcement Officer in the City of Louisville and there would be no steps taken to replace him until after the first of the year. SCHOLL LETTER TO COMMISSIONERS Councilwoman Scholl asked permission to send a letter she had written to the Boulder County Commissioners questioning the action taken against Vince Porecca. Council felt that she should write the letter on her on stationary and not include the part referring to her participation at the Consortium meetings. They felt it should be stated as a personal
