He stated that the guidelines pr+e- <br /> by the.City and LUC have very minor differ+euces. <br /> ARTICLE 13 Mr. Drumm stated that article 13 is a proposed <br /> ZONING ORDINACE article to the zoning ordinance to provide for <br /> the administrative guidelines and regulations <br /> for regularlon of geologic hazard areas. The <br /> staff proposes that these guidelines be in- <br /> cluded in the zoning ordinance to prevent <br /> 6. <br />
