w N LAA.Ox — LOUISVILLE CITY comm. , J�ry r_ �, 9T Mayor Waechak called the regular meeting to order with the following Council ambers present: Domeniaa, DiLorenso, Caranci, Dicerla, McDonald, DelPiaso. Others present: City Administrator 'Uri, City Attorney Jose, City Planner Drumm, City Engineer White, City Treasurer Reason and City Clerk Saatilii. ACCEPTANCE OP MZ$ S Councilman DiCArlo requested that in the JANUARY 4, 1977 minutes of January 4, 1977, his statement JANUARY 11, 1977 pertaining to Personnel Ordinances should have noted that Council receive the copies of the ordinances by the first meeting in February. Councilman McDonald requested that the min- utes of January 4, 1977, be corrected on her comment requesting a financial statement • in chart - graph form, beginning with January 1977. With the corrections, Council approved the minutes of both meetings. COUNCIL ITEMS dr. Wurl read the proclamation, proclaim- MARCH OF DIMS ing January 27, 1977, as the night for the PROCLAMATION mothers march. Mrs. Marilyn Hershey was present to accept the proclamation from the Mayor. The American Legion presented Mrs. Hershey with a donation in the amount of $200. CHILD CARE CENTER Mr. Wurl noted that by ordinance all in- 932 MAIN ST. formation heard by the Planning Commission must be submitted to Council; Council then having the option to have the case reviewed by them if they so choose. He stated that tht• Planning Commission did hear the matter and granted a permit with one recommendation; that the loading and unloading of children be done in the alley. It is staffs recommendation that the Council not call the matter up for special review. Mr. Wurl stated that if Counc does not request the review, then the matter is closed. Discussion was held pertaining to the en- forcing of the request for loading and unloading of the children in the alley. Councilman DiLorenzo questioned the ne- cessity of having no parking in front of the building an a safety precaution.
