Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Councilman McDonald stated that she would like to have the Police Chief informed that he should not use City stationery or his title of police chief in writing reference letters. Councilman DiCarlo requested that Chief Munger. letter be disregarded on this application. After discussion roll call was taken on the hearing date. Seconded by Council- man DiLorenzo. Attorney Joss stated that everything was in order. Roll call vote: DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo asked if the new rates were now effective. Attorney Joss stated that the one month period was over a week ago so the new rates should apply.
