They are concerned about the title being the Boulder Valley Comp. plan as opposed to the City of Boulder Corp. plan. Mr. Drussa stated that we show a larger planning area then what the current City is now; that is also bow the City of Boulder's plan is. B. Mr. Drumm pointed out the area where the Boulder Valley plan abuts the City of Louisville plan. He stated that there are no land use conflicts illustrated; however, this sight put the City in a position where the City of Boulder goes up to what might be the westerly City limits of the City of Louisville. Louisville has talked to the County planning department and they agree that the area needs more investigation and agreed,'tenatively, thpt this is the conventional need for the urban buffer cone and should perhaps be owned by the . County as opposed to being owned by the City of Boulder. Mr. Drumm stated that previously Boulder had agreed to delete the open space link. The City of Louisville's plan shows an open space link going up to the City reservoir• and have agreed to note that the open space pine will be provided in the City of Louisville's coop. plan. Councilman DelPisao stated that he felt that the houses on the west aide of Bo. 80th should be in the City of Louisville's plan and not the Boulder Valley comp. plan as we are the ones who service the area Councilman DiLoreaso stated that this has been discussed for eosee time in the Long Range Planning Commission, and that although Boulderr is trying to get it through the County's views are very close to how the City of Louisville feels.
