He stated that there are no land use <br /> conflicts illustrated; however, this sight put <br /> the City in a position where the City of <br /> Boulder goes up to what might be the westerly <br /> City limits of the City of Louisville. <br /> Louisville has talked to the County planning <br /> department and they agree that the area needs <br /> more investigation and agreed,'tenatively, thpt <br /> this is the conventional need for the urban <br /> buffer cone and should perhaps be owned by the . <br /> County as opposed to being owned by the City <br /> of Boulder. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that previously Boulder had <br /> agreed to delete the open space link.
