Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Mt. WW1 stated to Councilmen DelPisso that the budget includes all antiaip.Ced grants, loans, etc. and the net budget total excluding grants, etc. is about 1.8 million dollars. After comments roll call was taken. Domenico yes, Coronet yes, Morons* yes, DalPisso yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS FIRE DISTRICCREPORT To Poydock stated that the department is having a budget meeting end would like to see Council approve the 15 year repayment for the firs hall. Mt. Hurl stated that the payment would begin in January 1979, and felt that in all fairness, the City should not have to carry the firs district for more then tan years. N. also stated that by the time the district comes into effect, the City will have paid $40,000 on the firs hall. Mr. Poydock stated that the reason the fire department went with the 15 year program was because the extra expenses with the beginning of the now district. It was stated that if the mill levy was raised by the fire district they would be able to pay off the debts faster; however, they are trying to keep it low to see the fire district idea. Councilman Carmelo asked that a copy of the proposed budget be given to Council. . Mr. Poydock stated that it would be pre- sented as soon as they get a conemittm.nt from the City pertaining to the Fire Equip. and the building. After comments. Councilmen Domenico moved that the Fire Department be sold all the equipment, etc. except the building for $1.00; however, if the district fails then all that was sold will be turned back over to the City of Louisville. Seconded by Councilman Di Carlo. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Cananci yes, De1PS,sso yes, DiCarlo yes, Dhtauz yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried.
