411 110 -( RZ+GULAR tannic LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 17 197$ Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the foUZarirxg�Council members present: DiCarlo. DiLorenso, Liar, Carmel. Xi and and DelPisso. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hasson and City Clerk Stahl. Mayor Waschak introduced County Commission Wally Tcsys, who was in the audience. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES The minutes of the January 9, 1978 meeting were corrected under Planning Commission Mayor appointments. The term is for "two" years instead of three as noted in minutes. With the correction Council and Mayor Waschak approved the minutes. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiLorenzo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Coun- cilman Carenci. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS ( MARCH OF DIMES City Administrator Wurl read the Mayor's PROCLAMATION proclamation, proclaiming January 31, 1978 as Mother March. Mrs. Marilyn Hershey was in attendance to accept the proclamation and a $300 check from Mr. Al DiLorenzo, re- presenting the American Legion. SENOR T'S LIQUOR Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing LICENSE TRANSFER Mr. Ted Manazanares was in attendance and PUBLIC NEARING stated the reason for the transfer request was that they have bought a new building and will be moving their business. A police report was included in the inform- ation stating that there are no complaints. Attorney Joss stated that the application • was in proper order and that a ptition of surrounding merchants was pricnented in favor of the license transfer. Mr. Steve Anderson spoke in favor of the request. Attorney Joss noted that the transfer will become effective at the time the business is transfered. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing as there were no other comments for or against the request.
