• r 410 410 .1 .REGULAR MEETING _ LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL _ FEBRUARY 21, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Marla, DiLorenzo, Meier, Ceranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Sentilli. Absent: City Treasurer Hasson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the February 21. 1978, meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the enclo- surers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS L.U.R.A. BOARD APPOINTMENT Mr. Bob Hinsberger, Chairman of IURA stated that they would like Council to approve their recommendation for the appointment of James Fell to fill the vacancy of Wynona Robinsons' term. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Mr. James Fell be appointed to the LURA Board filling the unexpired term of Wynona Robinson. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. Mr. Hinsberger stated that there is still another vacancy and a letter has been sent to the Mayor requesting that he ap- point a member from Council to serve on the Board. BOULDER COUNTY COMP. PLAN Mr. Jason Brouilette, representing Boulder PRESENTATION County, gave a presentation of the Boulder County Comp. Plan. Mr. Paul Maxwell, from Boulder County was also in attendance. City Planner Drumm read the City staff memo, dated February 21, 1978, in regards to the Boulder County Comp Plan. Mr. Drumm noted the City letter to the Boulder Long Range Planning Commission, dated August 18, 1976, stating that the issues brought forward in that letter are still important matters today. Mr. Drumm pointed out the matters of interest on the maps pertaining to each topic. Mr. Brouilette pointed out that the comp plan has buffer zones between the commun- ities, which was requested by each city.
