• <br /> r 410 410 <br /> .1 .REGULAR MEETING _ LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL _ FEBRUARY 21, 1978 <br /> Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br /> following Council members present: Marla, DiLorenzo, Meier, Ceranci, <br /> Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br /> Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Sentilli. Absent: City <br /> Treasurer Hasson. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br /> minutes of the February 21. 1978, meeting <br /> as presented. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the enclo- <br /> surers be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> L.U.R.A. BOARD APPOINTMENT Mr. Bob Hinsberger, Chairman of IURA <br /> stated that they would like Council to <br /> approve their recommendation for the <br /> appointment of James Fell to fill the <br /> vacancy of Wynona Robinsons' term. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that Mr. James <br /> Fell be appointed to the LURA Board filling <br /> the unexpired term of Wynona Robinson. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Mr. Hinsberger stated that there is still <br /> another vacancy and a letter has been <br /> sent to the Mayor requesting that he ap- <br /> point a member from Council to serve on <br /> the Board. <br /> BOULDER COUNTY COMP. PLAN Mr. Jason Brouilette, representing Boulder <br /> PRESENTATION County, gave a presentation of the Boulder <br /> County Comp. Plan. Mr. Paul Maxwell, from <br /> Boulder County was also in attendance. <br /> City Planner Drumm read the City staff <br /> memo, dated February 21, 1978, in regards <br /> to the Boulder County Comp Plan. Mr. <br /> Drumm noted the City letter to the Boulder <br /> Long Range Planning Commission, dated <br /> August 18, 1976, stating that the issues <br /> brought forward in that letter are still <br /> important matters today. <br /> Mr. Drumm pointed out the matters of <br /> interest on the maps pertaining to each <br /> topic. <br /> Mr. Brouilette pointed out that the comp <br /> plan has buffer zones between the commun- <br /> ities, which was requested by each city. <br />
