„i ly 18, 1978 mutes - page 4 ORDINANCE #602 All members of Council had before them a copy MAJOR STREET FEES of Ordinance #602 for their review and files. FIRST READING Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance 0602 be ordered published in the Boulder Camera. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Percy Conarroe, publisher of the Louisville Times stated that in doing so, the publi- cation would not be valid as it needs to be published in a paper published in the City. Attorney Joss stated that he thought that was correct, but would need to check into it. After comments the second was withdrawn and Councilman DiCarlo withdrew his motion. Councilman DiCarlo then moved to table ordinance 0602 until publishing is clarified. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci no, Meier no, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo requested that City Attorney Joss check into the publishing question and report at the next meeting. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT LHA VACANCY Mr. Wurl stated that there was a vacancy on the Board and asked for permission to ad- vertise. Councilman Caranci moved that the LHA vacancy be published. Seconded by ti Councilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCILMAN DI LORENZO Mr. Wurl reported to Council that Council- CONDITION man DiLorerzo is doing better and is now permitted to have visitors . Councilman Meier asked for a clarification on the Parks & Rec minutes pertaining to the dissolving of the board. Mr. Wurl stated that the chairman of the board had stated to him that he felt it was time for the City to take over the functions. He suggested that the matter be discussed at the work session.
