Attorney Joss read the ordinance <br /> on first reading by title only. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br /> #602 be published and a public hearing <br /> be set for September 5, 1978. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. _ <br /> ORDINANCE #603 A11 members of Council had before them a <br /> CONTRACTOR LICENSING copy of Ordinance #603 for their review <br /> AMENDMENT - FIRST and file. Attorney Joss read the ordi- <br /> READING Hance on first reading by title only, <br /> stating that it dealt with lowered fees <br /> for mid year licensing. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br /> #603 be ordered published. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE #604 Mr. Wurl requested from Council that this <br /> PARK & REC FEES ordinance be tabled until the next Coun- <br /> cil meeting for some clarification. <br /> ORDINANCE #605 All members of Council had before them <br /> UNIFORM SOLAR ENERGY a copy of Ordinance #605 for their re- <br /> CODE view and file. Attorney Joss read the <br /> ordinance on first reading by title only <br /> stating that it was requested by the <br /> building department and would be adopted <br /> by reference and requires a public hearing. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #605 <br /> be ordeted published and a public hearing <br /> be set for September 5, 1978. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Caranci asked if the FEDCO <br /> project would have to follow the guide- <br /> lines. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that FEDCO already follows <br /> HUD guidelines and would be willing to <br /> follow any in the proposed ordinance if <br /> they were different from what they have now. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br /> Attorney' s report be accepted and placed <br /> on =i' Saco;tded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Notion carried. <br />
