CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE #602 All members of Council had before them a MAJOR STREET FEES copy Ordinance #602 for their review and FIRST READING file. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #602 be published and a public hearing be set for September 5, 1978. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. _ ORDINANCE #603 A11 members of Council had before them a CONTRACTOR LICENSING copy of Ordinance #603 for their review AMENDMENT - FIRST and file. Attorney Joss read the ordi- READING Hance on first reading by title only, stating that it dealt with lowered fees for mid year licensing. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #603 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #604 Mr. Wurl requested from Council that this PARK & REC FEES ordinance be tabled until the next Coun- cil meeting for some clarification. ORDINANCE #605 All members of Council had before them UNIFORM SOLAR ENERGY a copy of Ordinance #605 for their re- CODE view and file. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading by title only stating that it was requested by the building department and would be adopted by reference and requires a public hearing. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #605 be ordeted published and a public hearing be set for September 5, 1978. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilman Caranci asked if the FEDCO project would have to follow the guide- lines. Mr. Drumm stated that FEDCO already follows HUD guidelines and would be willing to follow any in the proposed ordinance if they were different from what they have now. Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorney' s report be accepted and placed on =i' Saco;tded by Councilman Meier. Notion carried.
