D. Ordinance #803 Solar Energy Uniform Code, second reading,
public hearing.
E. Ordinance #610 Amending the pay schedule, first reading.
This item was tabled at the last Council meeting.
F. Ordinance #612 Annexation 3Ear J set public hearing date.
Enclosed in the packet is • copy of the ordinance and
recommendation frog Planning Commission and a map depicting
the auenwtion location.
G. Ordinance #613 Zoning 3Bar J set public hearing data.
Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the Ordinance.
Item 7. City Administrators report
A. Gas Tanks
I have enclosed in the packet a copy of the memo outlining we found; basically, thatcitieb are unable to solicit
bids. Moat cities are buying wholesale and providing
there tanks. I asked for an estimate on the price of tanks
and pumps and we should have them by Tuesday.
B. Sidewalk Bid Report
I'll report on Tuesday at the meeting the results of the
sidewalk bids. Basically what has happened is the bids
have come in more then double the estimate, so it appears
that we are going to have to either rebid or reduce the
scope of the project. The problem is that there is a
shortage of concrete and concrete contractors are very busy.
C. Report on City Hall
I'll have an update on the status of the plans for the
expansion et the meeting.
D. Report Water Project Farmers Home Administration
We have called for bids on water meters for September 28
we also have set a tenative date for bids on the filter
plant for October 18. The bids will be reviewed by our
engineers and will be submitted to Council for their
final approval.
E. Correspondence.
Item 8. Council comments and committee reports
Item 9. Approval of August bills.
Item 10. Adjournment
